If you have any Spam Pop-up blocking software turned on it will stop the site from coming up.
There are three options you can try if you want the automatic feature to work.
A. The most direct and simplest is to turn off your Blocker temporarily. For Internet
Explorer click "Tools/Pop-up Blocker/Turn Off Pop-up Blocker.
B. For a permanent solution enter the EMMA WEB site addressees in the settings of the Spam Blocker you are using.
For Internet Explorer click "Tools/Pop-up Blocker/Pop-up Blocker Settings. In the "Address of website ..." type in
http://www.emma.msrb.org and then press the "ADD" button. Then type in http://emma.msrb.org and then press the "ADD" button.
This way, it will be already done if needed some day. Then press "Close" and "Ok".
C. If you do not have Spam Blocker, you can also do a similar persistent solution by entering the site addressees in the trusted sites for your browser.
For Internet Explorer click "Tools/Internet
Options/Security" Then select the "Trusted Sites" Icon and
press the "Sites" button.
Uncheck the "Require server verification ..." option at the bottom. In the "Add this website ..." type in the EMMA Addresse
http://www.emma.msrb.org and then press the "ADD" button.
Then type in http://emma.msrb.org and then press the "ADD"
button. This way, it will be already done if needed some day. Then press "Close"
and "Ok".
